James removed and installed an electric hob for me today. He gave me a set time to do the job, (a big help particularly this time of the year) and contacted me to say he would be delayed by an hour and would contact me when he was on his way. He did and arrived promptly at the new time. He's a very pleasant man and did a great job, even putting the old hob in the garage out of the way for me. I thought his price was fair and he's also a very tidy worker. I'll certainly use James again when I need electrical work doing and would recommend him to anyone.

We contacted James about a switch for our electric fire which was stuck in position. Although it was a simple job, he replied immediately, gave us a price and a date to replace the switch! My Dad needed an electrical check on failed lights so I found This Company. They were lovely guys. Pleasant, approachable and open. On the second visit I was unable to be there, and I was worried about Dad since he's getting forgetful. He mentioned certain problems re his fire, boiler to James.
