Most three-bedroom homes take one to two weeks depending on access and finishes. Your written quote sets out the timescale before work begins.
Can we stay in the house during a rewire?
Usually, yes. Work is staged room by room and power is restored to key circuits overnight wherever possible.
Do I get certification?
Yes. Every rewire is tested and certificated, with the paperwork you need for building control, insurers and any future sale.
